  2. Profile Content: Video introductions, alias name (H8 Name), age range, location, gender identity, minimum connection percentage, responses to dislike-based prompts, and preference settings.
  3. Connection Preferences: Selected dislikes (H8s) and interaction filters.
  4. User Communications: Messages with other users, community interactions, and feedback.

b. Automatically Collected Information

  1. Usage Data: Device ID, app interactions, features used, and timestamps.
  2. Location Data: If granted, we may use location to suggest nearby users or local community experiences (this can be disabled in your settings).
  3. Cookies & Analytics: We may use cookies or similar tools to improve your experience, analyze usage, and maintain performance.

2. Third Party Integration: SMS Verification via Twilio

As part of the account registration process, we use SMS messages to verify your phone number. These messages are sent through our third-party provider, Twilio.

By registering for an account with your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages solely for authentication and security purposes (e.g., verification codes). Standard messaging rates may apply. Your phone number will only be used for this purpose and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  3. Help you express your dislikes, boundaries, and personal insights effectively.

When you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

H8M8 is for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16. If we learn that a minor has created an account, it will be deleted immediately, along with associated data.

11. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

H8M8D8 LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful digital environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

Our Commitment

  1. We do not permit, support, or promote content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment.

Reporting and Enforcement

  1. Any CSAE-related content, account, or behavior will be immediately removed.
  2. Offending accounts will be suspended or terminated without notice.
  3. We will report CSAE-related activity to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate agencies.

User Responsibility

Users must not upload, share, or engage in CSAE-related content or activities.
